good question.

double looks more modern, but single more OEM.

For my own car I went single, since Ive a swapped car, and I want to keep the look OEM as possible. I have no exterior mod but the angel eye and a slight drop.

Double looks sportier, single looks more elegant/luxuries. Same as forged Y-spoke wheels vs. multi spoke wheels.
I do have double on my E93, so I'm probably biased.

I went with single cause you can get an OE BMW performance black grill whereas double slots are all aftermarket.

They both look good. I have the double slat all black grille on my E93, cheap aftermarket only because I wanted no chrome (still retained the factory grill if I ever change my mind.)

BUT my opinion is that the single looks better on your car, especially with that bumper!

Single. IMO dual slots have no business on E9X. Stay with what it came like rather than try to make our car more recent you know. But that's just me, obligatory you do you.

Single, doubles should stay on f80s. But you do what YOU like.
