325i can't be remapped to 330i levels. Best option is 3 stage manifold from a 330i plonked on 325i if you own the later engine. However I don't think anyone has found anywhere in the UK to do the coding.
The manuals feel much faster (no torque converter in the way), it may be worth trying a manual.
