E92 non - m suspension/lowering

Hi everyone!

I have a 2007 E92 328i RWD with 118,900 Kms on it (73880 miles) and have just purchased new wheels and tires this past week! I purchased a staggered set of Forgestar F14, specs are as follows:

Wheels
Front: 19" x 9" ET 35
Rear: 19" x 10" ET 28

Tires
Front: Falken 453 235/35/19
Rear: Michelin Pilot Super Sports 265/35/19

I want a nice flush fitment but I don't want to be too slammed (preferably 1 finger?) What are some recommendations for suspensions, coilovers or lowering springs and why? I've talked to a few local guys and they use springs but say they would go coilovers if they could do it again. I've also met people who say your stock struts are good if your car isn't in high km range already. I daily drive this car and will drive in the winter as well too (pending if i go coilovers or not, might get a winter beater). Please advise as I'm a rookie to the BMW world let alone suspension!

Thanks in advance!
