I have catless headers on and they're awesome. The headers add very noticeable amounts of torque especially from 2500 and up. The 3 stage coupled with them makes the car be much faster imo, more air in and more exhaust out. I was driving it this afternoon and thinking about how much more fun it is than a stock 328i. And this is running on a stock bimmerlabs no maf 330i tune. I want to get a proper tune from bimmerlabs soon.

William, can you share with me GM trans flash file which you used to flash yours? I wandering to try it if it will better shift, because I already hate those delays between shifting and also current soft have some delay regarding downshift. When I'm breaking down quickly it downshifts slowly, even if the car already stopped sometimes still not in first gear. If that flash does not improve that shit I will swap it with MT immediately
