Right now, I'm getting the same push back. Their sentiment is that I'm lucky that they are only charging msrp.
I have never paid msrp for a vehicle. Been lucky to negotiate below invoice on all of my vehicles, but this is the "new market" we're living in. To tell you the truth, I'm getting pretty tired of hearing that lol.
On the bright side, I'm able to offset some of this with my trade in (toyota tacoma). Still, I figure I can manage some discount ordering a 22 right before the 23 models roll in. Too optimistic?
I'm not ready to give up yet, but its not looking too promising.
