IMHO, mineral white is a much nicer color than brooklyn grey. Not that there is anything wrong with the flat grey, but the mineral white looks incredible in the sun. I believe they technically call it a metallic, but it shines like a pearlescent.

I'm not sure I agree that any white color wouldn't show dirt. I have a satin white pearl Subaru BRZ currently, and it gets dirty. In the past I had a gray S2000 and it always looked clean. I went with BG for 2 reasons, it would hide dirt better than white, and it's not available on all BMW models.
