Yea this 'brake feel' coming to a full stop sounds like what I'm talking about. No matter how slow a stop the car rocks back and forth a bit. The weight is probably a factor like you were saying, but it's not that much heavier than the F30

Would a brake upgrade help or is this just baked into the car's design?
Maybe try new brake pads. If that doesn't help maybe go for a brake upgrade. I'm just gonna live with it as I adjust.

That being said, my 2022 Golf R has much more predictable braking. It's also about 400 lbs lighter.
