State cops aren't allowed to radar while moving either.
I ignored the warning in my tale because of the K band that state cops use..., all of the modern car blind spot monitors and other such devices also use K band, so it's easy to get complacent in PA due to all the K band around.
Outside of annoying K band, PA is still pretty "good" from a cop radar perspective due to all the limitations on them.
