I dont really see a point to screen protectors for the interior of cars. Screen protectors on phones are designed to reduce scratches due to it going in and out of your pocket and putting it down on tables and stuff. Your infotainment display is not going to be doing that. Also screen protector film is more fingerprint prone and shows fingerprints even more than just the glass. And thats also assuming you installed it seamlessly without any air bubbles.

That being said, i have seen that some people have gotten their screens PPF'd and then ceramic coated to reduce oils and making it easier to clean so you can always get that done but i'm sure its more expensive.
