I’d vote with my wallet if there was an M xdrive with a manual transmission:
Increased performance (especially in inclement weather), fun always with the manual, and the ability to turn off the front wheel drive to have rwd fun when wanted.
I’d take the penalty of more weight and disconnect on front axle due to the drive shafts.
I know it’ll never happen.
