Sounds like you bought the wrong car.
Limited speed, I assume you mean the 130mph limit (due to the run flats), run flats, piano black interior and splash backs are all solved by the owner choosing the right options.
I’d also wager if you didn’t over estimate numbers by nearly 20% the weight concern would be negligible.
