Also, I use Gummi Pflege probably 2 to 4 times per year. Mine became noisy and this fixed it right up. Clean the rubber off with a mild detergent and water, let it try, then apply Gummi Pflege. It's hard to get it on one part of the seal. I access the front by sliding the glass back into the roof, then get the rest using the tilt function of the sunroof.
CarPro DLUX. Specifically made for metals, plastics, and rubber.

I also coated the door seals. It keeps them shiny and supple feeling. I used to use CarPro Perl which is great for rubber. Both protect against UV and friction
