I do have to add, I think the overall thickness of the block is less critical than the mounting face to intermediate lever roller point, which I don't have the ability to measure. My guess is that BimmerMilvs removes the same fixed amount of material from each block so the variations you're seeing are a result of the original block's dimensions.
