Some time has passed now but I remember having an eureka moment where I wondered if the trouble starting up could be related with a flooded spark plug. This would make sense since if the car was stopped for a full night for example it would start up fine, meaning the fuel would had time to evaporate. With this in mind I pressurized the fuel line using INPA functions with the injectors out of the block. And voilá, I saw the fuel dripping from one of them
