Nice list Tom! I would add one thing: there's a vent hose that you need. Part number: 11617559530. The screw may not be self tapping. You might need to
buy a tap. The thread pitch is standard on metric screws, that's why it's not listed. Also add 11617547242: gasket set. You might need to replace them.

My car still has the 325i intake manifold and I have revceived no errors yet. It does drive funny though. Flooring it at low rpm causes a large hesitation. The ecu anticipates a large volume of air but the maf says it's not there. The car initially dumps fuel in but cuts fuel when it realizes there's no air. If you look under the hood of a 325i you'll notice 2 wires that don't seem connected to anything. Those are the motor connectors but I don't know which one goes to which motor. The dummy connectors they're attatched to must send some sort of OK signal to the ecu. The car is otherwise normal.
