Update! Got the SES light fixed. The vent hose that attatches to the intake also connects to the fuel venting system. That hose was loose and was allowing the fuel tank to depressurize. It's fixed now.

I also took my car to BR Racing in Los Gatos to fix the throttle issue. Looks like it's not as easy as just loading new software. I'm getting a full custom tune in the comming weeks witch inculde dyno runs. That software will probably be available for all of you with 325i's.
