Not likely. CPO does not involve pulling off body panels to inspect if they were repaired/replaced. What probably happened is that the original owner damaged the car and paid out of pocket to fix it (using cheap non-OEM part). The repair didn't appear on Carfax and BMW is non-the-wiser.

BUT...That said, being that you only bought the car 2 mo's ago, time is on your side. Bring is ASAP!!!!
