As a follow up to my quest to convert my Canadian 323i to a Euro-spec 325i, I found something interesting.
I went and looked at pretty much all the part numbers between these two cars and it seems as though my 174hp 323i and the 218hp Euro 325i actually have the same intake manifold! Pretty much every part is identical between the two cars... the only difference I found is that the Euro 325i has a heat exchanger on the oil filter and my Canadian 323i does not.
This is leading me to believe that I may only need a re-flash to make my car get the extra horsepower!
Any thoughts on this? May be someone from CREATIVE has some input??
