What ever happened with the idea of just doing some G-Tech accelerations with both ECU's? Since your car is an automatic, you can almost guarentee that each run will be identical. I'd suggest doing a couple of runs with the 325 ecu, wait a while to let the car cool down and do it again with the 330 one. There should be at least a .5 second (if not more) difference between the two.
I realize that the G-tech isn't a precise instrument, however at this point it seems to be the only thing that'll give you/us a definitive result.
