Your dealer can give you a reference code for their request to BMW ,then you call them yourself which will give you the position on when contact has been made etc.

Hi Davy, as per my post above, we are sorry that Giotecno wasn't called during this week, this was very silly of the service advisor.

Giotecno please rest assured that you have not been forgotten about, unfortunately with lapsed warranties it can take a while longer to obtain authorisation due to the checks that need to be carried out. We're still chasing as we have been daily. I wish I'd known that you were anxious, I would have sent you emails daily.
