The CLAR RWD platform would never be able to produce a car anywhere near that weight, it would require a UKL FWD platform, effectively a Honda CTR competitor. If it was a custom platform, the cost would be significantly higher than the current G87 price for the relatively small volumes.

The only realistic possibility would be a turbo FT86 clone using a flat-4 Subaru engine (BMW current engine offerings are likely too tall to fit in the FT86), from an agreement with Toyota, to get anywhere near that weight and price point.
