I wanted to get her opinion on if she thought the new M2 being built in Mexico would have a negative effect on certain buyers. She said it absolutely will (however, I disagree just so you know).
Her point was that German cars built in Germany will have better conceived quality than German cars NOT built in Germany. I mean, I guess I can see that point of view.
Honestly, the bottom line is going to be how well these hold up in the long run.

The Mexican plant is almost totally mechanized. It's the most high tech of all BMW plants. Robots (mostly made in Germany) will build the cars.
