for me Blue or Red calipers on 230i depend on exterior color & which wheels. I selected Blue for my exterior with bi-color 19" 797M wheels & blue calipers.
I almost chose Red calipers but took pix of each and ran pix by three of my car guy friends, they all thought the Blue looked better. With Black or Thunder Night I would have selected the Red calipers
