Most of us suspected it would be produced in Mexico. Others hoped that the G87 would be produced in Germany only. The recent announcement simply confirms what many of us suspected.

This plant is BMW’s newest and it is high advanced, this includes the paint shop. They have to ability to change exterior paint colors per car with little to no downtime. There are articles available online regarding the newest paint shop within BMWs factory lineup.
