I love the way the 718 looks but the 4 cylinder engine I found so disappointing when I test drove 4 years ago and put me off. Also, the tech felt pretty dated back then so imagine it feels gen or 2 behind the bm.
Merc does nothing for me, flimsy build quality and a highly strung 4 pot that sounds like a hoover (in the uk at least with filters)
Small car, big engine, last of its kind, massive appeal for me
