I live in Pickering, so Durham BMW is the closest dealer to me. My experience might be anecdotal, but I hated the service from Endras. I've bought 4 BMWs and a mini from BMW Toronto. Unless it's more than just a name change to BMW Durham, they won't get my new car business or service business. |
You're not wrong. I had to sit over 2hrs for an oil change. Ridiculous. Local Indy had an oil change and brake fluid flush done within an hour.
