It worked last days but now its dosnt connect to it. Wireless and bluethoot works

I get the same message on one of my phones, one running Android 11. Another running Android 14 connects fine
most of the time. Sometimes it gets stuck on the waiting on device screen, I have to cycle my ignition, then it starts working.
Trying to get this sorted out with the Aliexpress seller but not proving too helpful, and Road Top themselves won't help me (via the WhatsApp number).
