BMW tends to leave the M Performance / top non-M launch colors out of the true M lineup for a while at least. For example, Estoril Blue II was the F30 M340i launch color and you couldn't get an F80 in it. Melbourne Red was the F22 M235i launch color and you couldn't get an M2 in it. Who knows if this pattern will continue though, since they seem to be expanding the palettes at facilities with newer equipment. |
Portimao Blue is an odd exception here.
I'd be very tempted if they offered marina bay blue.
