The biggest difference in oil/filter service cost is the oil cost. The M2 requires more oil and it costs more per liter.

How and why are you comparing an inline 6 and a 4 banger?
IF you go to a dealership down in South Florida, you sure aren't getting any oil change for an G87 or G42 M240 for $191 and change.
