Ok so I got a call back from BMW NA today. They are in the process of investigating my complaint/claim. It sounds like their next step is to contact my dealer who performed the initial investigation and strut replacement. After that, he mentioned the next step would include taking another look at the issue and it sounded like they would have a tech from BMW NA present.

It’s possible that other members on this forum have had this done already. Either way, I think it is important that we all submit complaints NOW. If there is enough noise they may try to shut us all up and fix the damn issue. It’s worth a try anyways… I’m just fed up with hearing this fucking noise all the time.

If you have 2-5 minutes, please either fill out the form on this website and/or send an email to the address below. This is what I have done and is what prompted their call-back. I don’t want to accept that this is a “normal” sound or “nuisance noise” or what ever other bullshit they may say. Thank you!!
