I really like EDC and am very tempted to just get those Bilstein coilovers and be done with it. There are a couple of highly rated BMW specialist garages in the area who do this kind of install all the time.
But it just doesn’t sit right that I’d have to spend the additional money to get around some kind of design or manufacturing defect. I’m going to give the dealer a chance try to debug this on my first service, but hopes are not high based on the number of people who’ve gone down that path already.
