What’s your impression about his statement that they are aware of it etc? Think he was blowing smoke or did it seem sincere? Your results fit with what others have gotten. Replacing with the same parts doesn’t do anything. They should come ask for data from people here. The fact that aftermarket coilovers seems to fix it is a key bit of info they could use.
