Yes the performance center down there is amazing!
I am CCA BMW member. We just had our performance center event.. closed for members only.
We also just ordered 2022 LCI X3 M40i B58 engine.
If you're not part of BMW CCA I highly recommend you look us up.
Also the B58 engine does not require a break in service as it's not a M engine as S55/S58.
The B58 Engine is a phenomenal engine!! I took delivery of a 2020 M2 competition and I currently have a 2020 M4 competition.
