My dad scooped up a 92 Toyota Camry before the switch from Japan to Ohio USA, he thought quality would be lacking
Toyota has continued making great quality vehicles no matter where geographically the plant is, I'm sure BMW will do the same
That being said, I'm glad I got mine from Germany
I'm leasing from now on, what do I care about reliability within 3 years or 45k miles?!?
Notes: that 92 Camry SE 5sp was kept in the family for over 20 years, I was taught manual on it, RIP @ 265k miles (mechanically ok, was side swiped)
