I agree, I purchased a BMW from Passport BMW that I ended up trading for another one at BMW of Fairfax.
Before I went to BMW of Fairfax, I tried BMW of Sterling who did not want to work with me. Have never worked with BMW of Alexandria, or Silver Spring.
But I know that BMW of Fairfax service center is tops. I always find an available on line appt and their people are user-friendly.
