Pretty good review, short though. Just seems odd no-one would mention that the M2 is on much less aggressive tires than most the cars in the test... hard to imagine a larger factor impacting lap times than street oriented tires. |
Yeah, last year they ran the RS3, started it on the PZ4 (what came on many M2 from the factory and equivalent-ish to the PS4S) and it ran a 3:01.9. Then they swapped to the optional Trofeo R and it ran a 2:52.5.
They will only run factory offered tires, which begs the question why aren't Cup2s available in the US for the M2? I believe they are offered in other markets.
