Hi Lee, can't comment on this new model of course. But I lived in northern NJ with 2 different E46 coupes that were RWD. I swapped out each Thanksgiving weekend separate wheels & winter tires on all 4 wheels. I had Blizzacks on my 325ci and then years later Dunlop Sport Winter tires on my sweet 330ci.

That said, I lived in hilly NW Jersey and drove in light snow with no issues, My 3 series coupes tracked well & I stayed in lower gear most of time and kept steady speed. Also both having manuals helped, but this G42 you can shift manually also. Good luck, just don't use your front spoiler as a snow plow
