The RWD G42 will be like $2-2.5K cheaper. Xdrive is not 10K...
If you live in a warm, fairly dry climate, really care about weight, and like to get the tail out a lot then RWD is the move. For the vast majority of us, AWD makes more sense though.
Does Xdelete work for the G42 yet? I wish you could turn off the AWD system like in some of the high-end M models. That would be the best of both worlds imo (just a tad heavier).
