The front bumper is much less rounded off than the m240i, the rear diffuser looks a bit different, and most importantly (IMO) the front and rear fenders flair much much more. Something I think the G42 m240i is still lacking in.
It's hard to spot some of this with the camo shots, but if you put them side by side with some m240i press shots at the same angles the differences stand out.
