The Carbon Package is expensive, so the sooner BMW sheds light on what is precisely included in it the sooner we can make informed purchasing decisions. For example, if the Track Package includes Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 R's and Heads-up Display, plus all the other goodies it may be worth price, but if as mentioned, it's only a factory code, it may not provide enough value to some.

In the US it's Carbon Roof, Carbon Seat with Merino leather, Carbon Interior Trim, and M Drivers Package
Someone's ears must have been ringing because it's already been changed to reflect that it is a meaningless code.
