Bag 'em, the less air across tires the less oxidation damage they take. Keep 'em dry. Don't stack them if you can avoid it.
But honestly? Unless you drive very little, this is all pretty marginal stuff because performance summers wear out so fast. You'll typically burn the treads down before the rubber compound breaks down. At least in my experience. These aren't 80K mile rated tires.

Why do you recommend against stacking?
I thought even below freezing was fine as long as they are not load bearing.
