Unfortunately it's in every new car registered after first of July 2022, even now the new ones come with the speed limit warnings. It's not a BMW thing, it's mandatory for all new cars registered in EU now
This is why I'm also waiting for someone to find the right combination and give us an description how to code it.
My friends new iX was grounded at the showroom for 3 weeks, waiting for the new SW to load (which was still under development and testing), as without the new SW they could not register the car (it was something about the airbags).
