The intelligent speed assistant is not (yet) compulsory because it was homologated before 01/07 (in 2021)
Same for the black box
I think it will be mandatory only for models homologated after 01/07/2022, and in 2024 (07/07/2024) for cars produced from this year (homologated or not before 01/07/2022)
This is European Regulation (EU) 2019/2144
In article 7 it is put (for LDW):
d) it is possible for the driver to override such systems.
