bmw uses 225/245 stagger on 2-series, however on F3/4-series bmw uses 255/255 stagger.

personally i don't care for 245/40/19(26.7"). although taller tires ride better, provide more impact protection and are able to reduce unsightly x-drive fenderwell gaps(without lowering), taller/heavier tires worsen acceleration, braking and turn-in.

i prefer 255/35/19(26") or 245/35/19(25.8") ET35ish , square, lowered on eibach springs with koni yellow dampers if you want sharp handling.

if you want to use OEM 437M wheels, 235/40/19--265/35/19 works nice on x-drive, like this... https://f30.bimmerpost.com/forums/sh...4&postcount=63
