Sport and sport plus will automatically shift and will do so more aggressively depending on mode. Also the transmission will hold the gears longer. If you toggle the nub back while in D so that S shows on screen (S1, S2, etc) the transmission will shift even more aggressively. If you then use the paddle shifters while the transmission has been put into “S” mode you will then go to full manual. All shifting will be dependent on you using the paddels. You will see an M next to the gear number (M1, M2, etc) indicating manual mode. You will need to pull the nub back once to go back into D mode.
