Front right clicking on turns low speed

Hello,

Hoping someone can help me with this noise I have been hearing at extremely low speed with sharp turns.

The only modification is different wheels. I have a square apex setup, 19x9, with tires being Michelin PS4S 255/35/19. 24k miles on the car

Nothing appears to be rubbing, but I can hear a sharp clicking sound every 1.5 seconds or so as the car turns, that stops when the wheel is no longer turned.

I included a brief video below. You can hear the click start about 4 seconds in.

I saw a video suggesting this is microscopic movement between the wheel bearing and the knuckle. Is this something that needs attention from the dealer?
