I would start here with the
Port Schedule, check for Vehicle Carriers and backtrack those to the port of exit in Mexico for West bound vessels, which is Port of Lázaro Cárdenas. Then check those vessels on the forum for previous usage, you can also check the commonly used Shipping companies for their schedule. I’m not familiar with them for Pacific routes but check NYKLine.
