Maybe if we are lucky an updated MT that can handle more power will be a result of the M4 GT/H? Unless BMW plan to give it the same power as the base M4 which would be a bit strange. |
That's not going to happen, they are using the same exact manual transmission, down to the model number, from since the 2007 E92 M3 up to today; they're not going to spend resources now to revise it..
For some reason, BMW treats the manual tranny as their red-headed stepchild, it always takes a backseat when it comes to new innovation.
