To make it even easier taxes in Belgium now differ by regions
. Assuming you are in the Wallonie region the first tax should be a bit lower based on published CO2 emissions (1000 to 1200 Euro depending auto or manual) .The third tax should however be slighly higher (931 Euro). It is based on the fiscal power linked to engine size not the actual car power ...Ok I am nitpicking here, taxes are high but it could be worse, see what is happening in France now (50000 Euro malus for cars above 225 g)
