From factory, yes. Most F-gen M Performance exhausts for N55 and B55 had a mid-pipe, I believe, which now with the OPFs in there would not be compatible. Hence only the M Performance muffler for G80 is sold in the EU, not the whole system.

There are still plenty ECE, OPF-friendly aftermarket exhaust systems on sale for petrol cars. AFAIK, as long as you leave the OPFs intact, you can do anything (except fitting cat-less downpipes). Depends on the country. In Germany, these aftermarket exhausts are also sometimes legal only if it is coupled with a complimentary ECU upgrade because only then, the car can be louder than from factory. It's complicated.
